Can I return my order?
If you wish to request a return, please contact us at support@peekabao.com within 7 days after your order has arrived. Items being returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will confirm that the item is in its original condition and then proceed with the refund. The refund process may take up to 10-14 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take up to 10 to 15 business days for our designs to arrive in your hands. However, we are committed to deliver your order as fast as we can.
Can I get a discount if I purchase more than 5 items at a time?
